Ingredients

  1. 1Yellow onion
  2. 16 ozPortabellow mushrooms
  3. 2 headBroccoli
  4. 2 bunchKale
  5. 2 canCanalinni beans
  6. 32 ozChicken broth

Cooking Instructions

    Saute onions for a few minutes, add broccoli and salt and pepper. move mixture into a pot and simmer with the chicken broth for 8-10 minutes then pure mixture. Saute mushrooms till soft add kale, then beans and add to stock. Simmer for a few minutes and serve.
