1)Heat oil in pan, sauté onion and mushroom for 4 minutes
2) add the flour, and mix into water mixture, add garlic, and cook for 2 minutes. Put into jar or use immediately,
3) to use as a gravy chop the onions and mushrooms very finely, add in chickpeas etc for a protein rich meal.
