  1. 2 lbRed Potatoes
  2. 1 tspblack pepper
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cupsour cream
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray

  2. 2

    Add chopped red skinned potatoes

  3. 3

    Cover and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low

  4. 4

    Add remaining ingredients and mix with hand mixer

  5. 5

    Serve plain or add cheese and bacon
