Ab tomato green chilli garlic aur kaju ka paste bana lenge.

1pan me oil dalenge phir isme hing aur jeere ka chok denge. Ab isme onion dalkar ache se fry karenge phir isme tomato paste dalkar chalayenge.

Phir isme dry masala (salt rad chilli powder coriander powder Haldi) dalkar ise ache se mix karenge Ab iske baad isme malai ya cream dalkar ise chalayenge jab grevi oil chodane lage tab isme boiled matar methi mila kar ache se mix kar lenge.

Thodi der khadkane ke baad apaki matar methi malai taiyar hai.
