6tomatoes
12corn tortillas
1Mozzarella cheese
1cummin powder
1dry basil
4 cloveof garlic
1half an onion

Boil tomatoes, garlic cloves, & onion til they are tender.

Blend ingredients adding cumin basil garlic salt and black pepper

Let sauce simmer for 10 mins in a pan big enough to fit tortillas folded and to put as many as you want at the time.

Heat up tortillas in vegetable oil adding cheese and folding them

Once done drop them in sauce for 2 mins

Top off with queso fresco & enjoy! (:
