Ingredients

  1. 1Chicken breast
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. 1 tspPaprika
  5. 1/2 cupWater
  6. 1 cupFlour
  7. 3/4 cupSugar
  8. 1/4 cupVinegar
  9. 1 cupWater
  10. 1/4 cupSoy sauce
  11. 1 tbspKetchup
  12. 2 tbspFlour
  13. 2 tbspSesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Make the batter (eggs,oil,paprika,salt,water&flour) in a bowl. It should be sorta clumpy

    Then start with the sauce (sugar,vinegar,water,ketchup&flour or cornstarch) in a large bowl. Cut the chicken into a half inch long pieces.

    Dunk the chicken in batter then fry in preheated veggie oil

  4. 4

    In a separate pan make the sauce . On medium low. Once the chicken is golden add into the sauce & mix.

    Then garnish with sesame seeds
