Cut the chicken to the desired sizes

Fry the chicken gently in fat until golden brown.

Remove the chicken, fry the onion and garlic until turn brown

Add the ginger, chill and spices and sweat for 2 minutes

Stir the spinach and tomatoes and season and the chicken pieces

Add the chicken stock and let it boil

Cover with the lid and cooking moderate oven 180°c for 30mins
- 8
Serve the dish with rice or chapati
