Steps

In a kadhai dry roast vermicelli for 2 to 3 minutes.or till it turns golden brown...keep it aside.

Heat refine oil in the kadai..add mustard seeds and dal.let it crackle..

Add sliced onions green chilies and curry leaves.saute for 1 minute.

Add peanuts. stir it

Add all the vegetables and stir it for some time with salt and a little turmeric powder.cook it for 2to 3 minutes.

Add 21/2 cup water.let it come to boiling point.

Add roasted vermicelli.cook it on low flame.Add a little sugar and tomato sauce.cover it with a lid.

Cook it for five minutes or till the water is dried up.

Check the seasoning and serve hot with tomato sauce.
