  • 1Cucumber
  • 1/2 mediumOnion
  • Marinade
  • 1/2 cupVinegar
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 dashPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Pull a fork firmly down the length of the cucumber. Repeat this around the cucumber.

  2. 2

    Thinly slice the cucumber.

  3. 3

    Thinly slice onion, separating the rings.

  4. 4

    Combine remaining ingredients.

  5. 5

    Pour Marinade over the vegetables.

  6. 6

    Marinate for at least 1 hour.

  7. 7

    Drain to serve.
