Ingredients

  1. 1 ozcellophane noodles
  2. 8 ozboneless skinless chicken breasts
  3. 1 tbsppeanut oil
  4. 2 tspminced garlic
  5. 2 tspminced ginger
  6. 1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  7. 28 ozChicken broth
  8. 2 tbspfish sauce
  9. 2 tbspfresh chopped cilantro
  10. 1 tbspfresh chopped basil
  11. 2 tbspfresh chopped green onions

  1. 1

    Soak noodles in hot water.

  2. 2

    Thinly cut boneless skinless chicken breasts into thin strips.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in deep skillet on Medium high heat. Add the chicken, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.

  4. 4

    Cook until chicken is brown. Add chicken broth and fish sauce. Boil for 8 minutes.

  5. 5

    Drain noodles and cut shorter.

  6. 6

    Place noodles on bottom of a bowl. Pour soup over noodles. Then sprinkle cilantro, green onions and basil on top.

  7. 7

    OPTIONAL: Add Siracha Sauce
