Steps

Boil sweet corn in milk for 5mins.

Liquidize the mixture or mash if preferred.

Add in the oil, turmeric, tofu, cauliflower and salt & pepper if wished.

Simmer until hot.

Toast the bread and spread with soyanaise.

Top with tofu and cauliflower mix.

Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg, some parsley and tomato wedges.
