  1. 36Eggs
  2. 4 cupVinegar
  3. 1 tbspTabasco Sauce
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1 tbspSalt
  6. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper, ground
  7. 1 tspRed Pepper, crushed, dry
  8. 1onion, chopped
  9. 3 canjalapeños, sliced (16oz)

    Boil eggs for 12 Minutes

  2. 2

    Allow eggs to cool

  3. 3

    Peel eggs and rinse

  4. 4

    Chop onion

  5. 5

    Combine vinegar, water, jalapeños with sauce, onion, Tabasco, salt, black pepper, and red pepper in large sauce pot. This will be called the 'juice'

  6. 6

    Cover sauce pan

  7. 7

    Bring the juice to a boil (warning: boiling vinegar is very stinky)

  8. 8

    In a 1 gallon glass jar, place 1 layer of eggs at the bottom

  9. 9

    Cover the eggs with Jalapeños slices and 'juice'

  10. 10

    repeat last 2 steps until all eggs are in the jar. There may be some 'juice' left over.

  11. 11

    Store in the refrigerator.

  12. 12

    Soak for at least 5 days.

  13. 13

    Serve 1 egg with 3 or 4 jalapeño slices and enjoy with your favorite beverage.
