Ingredients

  • 3 cupCrushed vanilla wafers
  • 3 tbspCocoa
  • 1 1/4 cupPowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupChopped pecans
  • 1/2 cupShredded coconut
  • 1/4 cupRum
  • 1/4 cupKaro light syrup
  • 2 cupGranulated sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix thoroughly vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa, nuts, and coconut. Add syrup and rum and mix well. Form into one inch balls. Roll balls into granulated sugar. Put in sealed container and shake a few times until you ready to serve them
