    Onion: Peel/Quarter

    Garlick: Crush

    Beef: Trim/Chunk(4cm)/Season/Brown

    +Onion/5m

    + garlic/1m

    +paprika/crumbled stock/water/puree/tomato/bay

    stir/season to taste

    cover/bake 1.5h

  10. 10

    pepper: trim/chunk(3cm)/add/stir/bake 1hr
