Spinach and Shirasu in a Light and Refreshing Lemon Stir-fry

Since I'm a nursing mom, I make a lot of dishes that are calcium and iron-rich.
Shirasu fish have some salt content, so adding too much soy sauce will make it too salty. Add just enough for fragrance.
It's said that spinach fried in oil will boost its iron and vitamin E intake.
[Translator's note: listed below is information relevant to Japanese food therapy]
[Spinach: cooling property, season; winter, taste; sweet]
[Shirasu: neutral property, taste; sweet] For 2 servings. Recipe by Soreiyu
