Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmfish pieces
  2. 1 tbspbesan
  3. 1 tbsprice flour
  4. 1 tsplamon juice
  5. 2 tspgarlic n green chilli. Paste
  6. 2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 2 tspcumin, corriender powder
  8. 1 tsptumeric powder
  9. I pinch orange color
  10. 2 tspsalt
  11. 1 tspajwain
  12. 1egg
  13. Oil to fry

  1. 1

    Firstly marinat the washed fish with, salt, l.juice and garlic chilli paste.

  2. 2

    Leave for half an hour.

  3. 3

    Second marination is with cumin corriender powder, ajwain, turmeric powder color, egg, besan and rice flour.

  4. 4

    Leave for 1 hour.

  5. 5

    Deep fry this marinated fish and serve hot 😍
