Clean and wash bathua leaves.

Steam in the pressure cooker.

Once cooled strain and mash it.

Add salt,green chilli,red chilli powder asafoetida,ginger paste and mix well.

Now stuffing is ready.

Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,clarified butter,salt,carom seeds and onion seeds and mix well.

With the help of water make a soft dough.

Keep aside for 30 mins.

Divide the dough into equal size balls.

Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.

In a pan heat the oil and add the kachori,lower the heat and fry till light brown.

Serve hot.
