  1. 48 ozPlain Yogurt
  2. 3medium Cucumbers
  3. 3 pinchKosher Salt
  4. 16 cloveGarlic (fine mince)
  5. 4 tbspOlive Oil
  6. 6 tspRed Wine Vinegar
  7. 24Mint Leaves (fine mince)

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain yogurt in a tea towel in the fridge for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Food process cucumbers, squeeze out liquid in a tea towel.

  3. 3

    Combine yogurt, cucumber, salt, garlic, oil, vinegar and mint.
