Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspolive oil
  2. 1boneless, skinless chicken breast
  3. 1 tbspitalian seasoned bread crumbs
  4. 1 tspgrated parmesan
  5. 1/4 cupmarinara
  6. 1 clovecrushed garlic
  7. 3handfulls of baby spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil in skillet on medium. pound chicken to 1/4 in while oil heats. sprinkle breadcrumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. press so it sticks. put in pan with garlic and 2-3 min per side. top with hot marinara. add spinach and turn frequently with tongs until wilted (apr 6 min.)
