For Methi na Gota - take washed and finely chopped methi patta. Add besan, lal mirch powder, sugar, black pepper dana, dhaniya dana, amchur, salt and water. Mix well. Here Methi should be more as the bitter taste of methi is plus point if methi na gota.

In a deep frying kadai, put oil and let it come to boiling point, slowly and gently put the dumplings and fry it on slow to medium flame.Gotas are ready to serve.

For Chutney - Add dhaniya patta, phudina patta, green chilies and water to the mixy jar. Crush nicely to the consistency of chutney form. Remove the chutney from the mixy jar and add lemon juice and salt to it. Yummy tangy spicy and tasty chutney is ready to serve.

Assemble everything in a serving.
