Wash the spinach.

Blanch the spinach in salted boiling water..

Refresh in cold water.

Squeeze all the water from spinach..And finely chop the spinach. Add green chilies.And add chopped garlic.

Add salt bread and cornflour to it.

Mix well.

Grate paneer..mash it with salt and black pepper.

Take palak.Flatten them on your palm and stuffed paneer into it.

Shape it like kofta.

Fry the palak kofta into medium hot oil.Keep it aside.

Heat butter in a non stick pan.Add green chilies and ginger garlic paste.

Cook for one minute.

Add tomato puree red chilli powder.Add salt and sugar.

Add 0ne cup water.

Let it boil in low flame for 10 minutes.

Add kasoori methi and fresh cream.

Serve kofta cut into halves on the bed of red hot tomato gravy..

Serve the kofta curry with rice or pulao...
