Steps

Wash palak nicely and in boiling water add chopped palak, lid covered. Stove flame should be in off mode.

After 5 minutes remove the lid and let it the palak cool down by spreading it in flat thali.

Once Palak is cooled add it to mixy jar with green chilies and crush it in fine paste.

Beat dahi nicely to a smooth consistency and add the palak paste to it,add salt. Mix well.

Palak raita is ready to serve. Sprinkle with lal mirch powder and bhuna jeera powder on it.
