Sabse pahle sabhi green vegetables ko ache se 2,3 bar water se wash karein.

Ab sabhi vegetables ko chop karein or Coker mein daale, half bowl paani,salt daale or leed lagakar 1 vishal aane de.

Ab Coker jab thanda ho jaye tab sag ko mixer mein green chilli daal kar grind kar le.

Ab makka ke aate mein paani daal kar better banayein or sag mein milaye.

Ab gas par ek pan mein ghee garam karein usme hing, dhanya saute karein.

Ab onion fry karein usme ginger, tomato saute karein.

Jab ghee uper aane lage sabhi masala add karein.

Ache se bhun kar masala sag mein daale.

Ab sag ko gas par garam karein 1ubal aane par sim gas par 15-20 minute pakaye

Ab gas par kadhi mein ghee garam karein ot bowl daal kar fry karein bowl apne aap roti se alg ho jayega carefully nikal le

Aise hi sabhi bowl taiyar karein.

Ab garma garam makka ke bowl mein sarso ka sag or butter daal kar serve karein.
