Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 1 bunchmethi leaves
  3. 1/4 cupcorn
  4. 1onion
  5. 3tomatoes
  6. 4green chillies paste
  7. Ginger Garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric
  9. Whole garam masala ( cardamom cloves shahi jeera cinnamon black pepper tejpatta
  10. 1 tbscoriander Powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 3 TBSoil
  13. 1 tbsghee
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1/2lemon juice
  16. leavesCoriander
  17. leavesMint

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker add oil and put whole garam masala fry till nice aroma comes.

  2. 2

    Then add chopped onion and stir till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chilli paste cook for seconds

  4. 4

    Now add coriander powder, turmeric salt garam masala stir well

  5. 5

    Add corn and methi leaves, pudina and coriander leaves mix well

  6. 6

    Then add soaked rice and lemon juice. Mix well

  7. 7

    Now add hot water to the rice give a mix and cover with the lid

  8. 8

    Take two whistle.

  9. 9

    Your Methi Corn pilaf is ready to serve with raita.
