Ingredients

  • 1 lbsage sausage
  • 1Onion
  • 1shallot
  • 1leek slices very thin
  • 4 cloveGarlic
  • 1sweet potato
  • 2-3 cupscarrots
  • 2 cupsWater
  • 2 cupsheavy cream
  • 1 bunchKale
  • 32 ozchicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown sausage with onions and garlic. Add potatoes carrots and season with salt and pepper. Brown.

  2. 2

    Add water and chicken broth. To juts cover solids.

  3. 3

    Simmer until potatoes are almost soft. Add cream and kale. Reduce heat let kale wilt.
