Step1 :wash basmati rice 1 1/2 cups and soak for half an hour..

Step2 :take a pan and add. cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,tomato onian fry for 2 mins. Now add marinated vegetables and Cook for 30mins.
Step3: Take a pot and put cooked vegetables and then add half cooked rice with 2tbp Ghee.
Step 4:Now make a chapati (I have use leftover beetroot chapati dough)and cover the pot(matka) and cook for 15 mins....
biryani is ready.
