Wash and pressure cook the arhar dal

Boil all vagetables including chopped onions and tomatoes

Mixed boiled vagetables with dal.add tamarind pulp,sambar powder,salt and bring to boil.

Prepare the tempering by heating oil and fry mustard seeds,curry leaves,1tsp udat dal and pinch of hingu.Add this to the sambar and simmer for 15 minutes.Serve hot
