  3. 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
  4. 1/4 cupOnion paste
  5. 2 tspKhas khas paste
  6. 2 tbspKaju paste
  7. 1/4 cupMalai
  8. 1 tbspGhee
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspSugar
  11. 1/4 tspCumin
  12. 3-4 tspOil
  13. 1/4 tspRoyal garam masala
  14. Kaju for garnish
  15. 2Bay leaf
  16. 2-3 tbspRice flour
  17. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil aloo ko cube m cut kere rice flour dust kere kadhai m oil garam kar aloo fry Kar le

  2. 2

    Pan m oil garam kere jeera and Bay leaf dale ab onion paste ke bhune ab ginger garlic paste dale aur bhune.

  3. 3

    Ab palak puree dale aur bhune ab khaskhas and kaju paste dale bhune malai add kere garam masala dal ke oil left hone tak bhune

  4. 4

    Ab salt and sugar add kere.

  5. 5

    Gravy ke liye thoda pani add kere boil aane de boil aane per fried aloo dale aur 5-10min. Pakaye.Ghee dale aur 2min baad gas off Kar de fried kaju dal serve kere.
