3 handfulfresh pumpkin leaves
1 clovegarlic
1onion
2tomatoes
6 tbsoil
1 tspPortuguese nice spice
2 tbsminestrone soup

Peel chop leaves and rinse 3times

Fry onion and tomato
3

Add spice and sliced garlic
4

Add leaves and salt cook for 30minutes

In a kota cup of water add soup stir then pour into the leaves pot and let it simmer for 15minutes

I enjoyed with pap
