Ingredients

1 bunchpalak
2potatoes
1 cupbesan
1 tbschilli paste
1 tspcrushed red chilli
1/2 tspturmeric Powder
1/4 tspajwain
1 tspchat masala
1/4 tspcooking soda
1/4tspblack salt
to tasteSalt
2 tbshot oil
Oil for frying

Steps

Wash and chop palak

Peel potato and cut like how we cut for French fries

In a bowl take besan, add palak, potato and all the dry masala, salt and hot oil.

Add little water to make batter

Heat oil and fry till golden brown on medium high flame.

Serve with sauce and tea
