  • 7kali lahsun
  • 2hari mirchi
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 3 cupatta

  1. 1

    Palak ko dhokar grinder me paste bana le.

  2. 2

    Chukander ka bhi paste bana le.

  3. 3

    Lahsun mirchi ka bhi paste bana le.

  4. 4

    Atte me namak,ajwain, lahsun-mirchi ka paste aur 3 tspoon tel dalkar achhe se mila le.

  5. 5

    Atte ke 3 bhag kar le.

  6. 6

    Ek bhag ke atte ko palak ke paste se gooth le.

  7. 7

    Dusare bhag ko chukander ke paste se gooth le.

  8. 8

    Tisare bhag ko sada hi gooth le.

  9. 9

    Frying pan me tel garam karein.

  10. 10

    Tino bhag me se thoda thoda atta lekar nimbu ke size ke ball bana le.

  11. 11

    In balls se pooriya bel le.

  12. 12

    Beli gai pooriyo ko garam tel me tal le.

  13. 13

    Tirangi pooriyo ko sabji ya achar ke sath serve karein.
