Ek pan mein oil(3 spoon bade) garam karein usme heeng,jeera,haldi dhaniya powder daale or usme Kate uhe aloo add karein

Ab usme salt daal kar usko acche se chalaye 5 min tak pakaye thodha sa pani daal de

After 5 min usme Kati huie methi add karein red chilli and green chilli add karein

5min ke liye slow flame Par dhak kar cook karein

Last mein garam masala add karein Aloo methi Ki sabji ready
