  • 1 lbGround Turkey
  • 2 lbTop Round Beef
  • 2 canPinto Beans
  • 1 canKidney beans
  • 2 canDiced Tomatoes
  • 1 canTomato Puree
  • 112oz bottle Sierra Nevada Porter
  • 1 mediumSweet Potato
  • 1 mediumOnion - Yellow
  • 1 mediumGreen Bell Pepper
  • 1 smallJalapeno
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 packagesMcCormick Chile Spice Packet

Steps

  1. 1

    Grill beef on Cast Iron skillet to medium, cook and combine with ground turkey meat. In a separate pan, saut? onions, garlic, green peppers and add cooked and cubed sweet potato. Deglaze pan with Sierra Nevada Porter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
