  2. 2 lbTop Round Beef
  3. 2 canPinto Beans
  4. 1 canKidney beans
  5. 2 canDiced Tomatoes
  6. 1 canTomato Puree
  7. 112oz bottle Sierra Nevada Porter
  8. 1 mediumSweet Potato
  9. 1 mediumOnion - Yellow
  10. 1 mediumGreen Bell Pepper
  11. 1 smallJalapeno
  12. 2 cloveGarlic
  13. 1 packagesMcCormick Chile Spice Packet

Steps

  1. 1

    Grill beef on Cast Iron skillet to medium, cook and combine with ground turkey meat. In a separate pan, saut? onions, garlic, green peppers and add cooked and cubed sweet potato. Deglaze pan with Sierra Nevada Porter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
