  • 4 lbcountry style ribs
  • 1 packagesdry chili seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cupplum (or grape) jelly
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Boil rib meat for about 45 minutes to an hour

  2. 2

    Combine chili seasoning, jelly and soy sauce

  3. 3

    Pour mixture completely over meat in a 9x13 pan

  4. 4

    Cook covered in oven for about an hour. Take foil off for the last 10-15 minutes

  5. 5

    Enjoy!!!!!
