1 cupmashed taro
6 ozcoconut cream
2 ozheavy cream
4 ozmilk
3/4 cupsugar
2egg yolks
pinchsalt
1/4 tspvanilla paste

Whip sugar with egg yolks

Heat coconut cream, heavy cream, milk

Temper eggs and add back to pot and heat to 170°

Blend mashed taro with hot mixture and cool in freezer/ fridge

Churn in ice cream machine

Enjoy!
