Ingredients

  • 1 cupmashed taro
  • 6 ozcoconut cream
  • 2 ozheavy cream
  • 4 ozmilk
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2egg yolks
  • pinchsalt
  • 1/4 tspvanilla paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Whip sugar with egg yolks

  2. 2

    Heat coconut cream, heavy cream, milk

  3. 3

    Temper eggs and add back to pot and heat to 170°

  4. 4

    Blend mashed taro with hot mixture and cool in freezer/ fridge

  5. 5

    Churn in ice cream machine

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
