Ingredients

  1. for Milkmaid Rabri:
  2. 100 mlNestle Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 100 gmpaneer
  4. 150 mlmilk
  5. 1 tablespoonall purpose flour/maida
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground green cardamom powder
  7. 2 tablespoonmixed chopped dry fruits
  8. For Sugar Syrup:
  9. 2 cupswater
  10. 1.5 cupssugar
  11. for malpua:
  12. 1 Cupwater
  13. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  14. 50 gmpaneer
  15. sufficient ghee for shallow frying
  16. 4 tablespoonRava/semolina
  17. 50 gmall purpose flour/maida
  18. 200 mlNestle Milkmaid sweetened condensed milk

Steps

    Rabri preparation:Crumble paneer coarsely.

  2. 2

    Make a paste of maida with 3 to 4 tbsp. milk.

  3. 3

    Combine NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and the rest of milk and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Add maida paste to milk stirring continuously.

  5. 5

    Reduce flame and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add chopped nuts, paneer and elaichi powder

  7. 7

    Remove from heat. Cool and refrigerate before serving

  8. 8

    Malpua preparation:Put sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil until a stringy consistency,Keep aside.

    Combine NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, sooji, maida, water and baking powder

  10. 10

    Mix well and leave for 10-15 mins.

  11. 11

    Crumble paneer very finely and add to the above mixture.

    Mix everything well

    Heat ghee in a flat frying pan for shallow frying

  14. 14

    Pour 1 small ladle of batter to make a small, flat malpua about size of a pancake in diameter.

    Fry till both sides get evenly browned.

  16. 16

    Remove and soak in syrup for ½ minute.

  17. 17

    Remove from syrup. Arrange on a shallow plate. Top with rabri and nuts and serve hot.
