  • 1/2kilo of chicken wings
  • 3 pinchof rock salt
  • 2 dashof Ajinomoto
  • 1fresh thyme leaves
  • 1canola oil
  • 1butter to taste (melted)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chicken wings in a bowl and season with the first three ingredients.

    Heat a frying pan in medium fire and fry chicken. Lower the heat as chicken becomes cooked underneath, flip and spread butter.

    Serve while hot. You may use the remaining oil in the pan to fry white cooked rice and just add a bit of salt.

    Have your chicken with fried rice and a nice cold drink! or you may eat the chicken without the rice. Bon Appetit!
