Ingredients

1 hour
  1. 2 lbChicketts thawed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  2. sauce
  3. 6 tbspwater
  4. 4 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 4 tbspsugar
  6. 3 tbsphoisin sauce
  7. 1 1/2 tspsesame oil
  8. other
  9. 16green onion blades, cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces
  10. 2red bell pepper cut into thin 2 inch strips
  11. 6 tspminced garlic
  12. 6 tspminced ginger
  13. 1red pepper places to taste (optional)
  14. 1several tablespoons of oil

    While executing the next step, combine all the sauce ingredients in a large cup and stir thoroughly.

  2. 2

    In a large frying pan, fry Chicketts in several tablespoons of oil until golden to medium brown (it takes a while). Err more toward over done, than under done. Then remove from pan.

  3. 3

    Add 3 Tablespoons of oil. When hot, add garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes. Stir for 10 seconds. Add red bell pepper strips and stir for 10 more seconds.

    Add sauce mixture and mix. Immediately add Chicketts and toss to combine for a few seconds. Add green onion pieces and toss breifly.

    Serve with white or brown rice
