Ingredients

6 canCompanion brand mock duck torn into bite-sized pieces
sauce
1/2 cupsoy sauce
1/2 cupbrown sugar
3inches fresh ginger grated
2garlic cloves minced
1 tbspoil

Preheat over to 350°

Mix sauce ingredients then pour over mock duck pieces in a glass 10x15" pan.

Turn with spoon every 10 to 15 minutes for an hour. Should be partially dehydrated.

Serve with rice. Can be put on skewers with pineapple for a nice touch.
