Ingredients

  1. 6 canCompanion brand mock duck torn into bite-sized pieces
  2. sauce
  3. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  4. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  5. 3inches fresh ginger grated
  6. 2garlic cloves minced
  7. 1 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Preheat over to 350°

  2. 2

    Mix sauce ingredients then pour over mock duck pieces in a glass 10x15" pan.

  3. 3

    Turn with spoon every 10 to 15 minutes for an hour. Should be partially dehydrated.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice. Can be put on skewers with pineapple for a nice touch.
