Preheat oven to 350°

Drain frichik and squeeze out the juice. Tear each frichik into 3 or 4 pieces and place into medium sized baking dish.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix cranberry sauce, Catalina dressing, and onion soup mix.

Pour sauce onto frichik and mix until well coated.

Put baking dish into the oven. Bake for about 2 hours or until frichik is at desired texture. Turn over and stir frichik every 20 to 25 min. The soupy sauce should be completely dehydrated.

Enjoy! Eat with mashed potatoes and vegetables (like green beans, corn, or a salad) for an easy, delicious, balanced meal.
