  2. 3large strawberries
  3. 1/4 cupblueberries
  4. 1/4 cupspinach, packed
  5. 1/2 cuplow fat plain vanilla yogurt
  6. 1/2 tbsphoney
  7. 2pieces of ice

    Put ingredients into blender in order listed.

  2. 2

    Press "Auto IQ Blend" option on Nutri Ninja Duo Blender, or blend for 45 seconds until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour into glass and enjoy.

I love to bake. I recently purchased a Nutri Ninja Blender and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Trying to balance sweets and healthy smoothies and other concoctions I can make with my blender. :)
