Spicy Rice Noodle Salad (with Fermented Fish Sauce)

Make the dressing by mixing fish sauce, lime juice, simple syrup, fermented fish sauce (we use a ready-made type), chili powder, and sliced bird's eye chilies. Mix well and adjust the taste to your liking.

Blanch the pork sausage and fresh shrimp, then add them to the dressing.

Add the rice noodles (steam them until hot first) and mix well.

Add the vegetables and mix well.

Serve on a plate and enjoy.
