Ingredients

  • 3boiled aloo cut into cubes
  • Pinchhaldi
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 3Fresh green chillies
  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
  • Pinchhing
  • 1 tspoil
  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • Water as required
  • piecesRound carrot
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadai

  2. 2

    Add hing add cummin seeds let them splatter add finely chopped green chillies add curry leaves saute

  3. 3

    Add haldi salt and toss in high flame for 2mts

  4. 4

    Add fresh coriander and lemon juice

  5. 5

    Mix and cover with lid and cook for 2mts

  6. 6

    Off the gas

  7. 7

    Knead the chapati dough

  8. 8

    Maje mini chapatis and cook on heat tava on both sides

  9. 9

    Transfer the sabhji in Serving plate on centre

  10. 10

    On all sid s keep mini chapati bites

  11. 11

    On that jeep small round pieces of carrot

  12. 12

    Serve

  13. 13

    Kids will love this dish
