Marinated Turnip and Carrot - Japanese #vegan

Cut off the stem of the turnip, peel and cut in to 8th. Chop 4-5 of the stem in 2cm width.

Peel the carrot and chop randomly (about half of the size of turnip slice).

Remove the seeds from the chili. Mix all the *seasoning in a bowl.

Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Saute the chili and carrot till they are evenly oiled. Add the turnip and saute for another 1 minute.

Immediately add to the bowl of marinate mixture. Stir occasionally till it cools for the flavor to settle.
