Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 3Turnip (300g)
  2. 4-5Stem of turnip
  3. 1small Carrot (70g)
  4. 1-2Chili
  5. 0.5 tbspSugar*
  6. 1.5 tbspRice vinegar*
  7. 0.8 tspSalt*
  8. 1 tspGrated ginger (ginger juice)*
  9. 1 tbspRoasted sesame oil

  1. 1

    Cut off the stem of the turnip, peel and cut in to 8th. Chop 4-5 of the stem in 2cm width.

  2. 2

    Peel the carrot and chop randomly (about half of the size of turnip slice).

  3. 3

    Remove the seeds from the chili. Mix all the *seasoning in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Saute the chili and carrot till they are evenly oiled. Add the turnip and saute for another 1 minute.

  5. 5

    Immediately add to the bowl of marinate mixture. Stir occasionally till it cools for the flavor to settle.
