Ingredients

  • 1 bowlbesan
  • 2 cupdahi or 1 pack chhach
  • 8curry leaves
  • 1/2mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp methi
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • 1onion chopped
  • 4 tspgarlic clove chopped
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flake
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for pakode frying
  • 1 tsp oil

Steps

    Sabse pahle besan me pani aur hing aur salt dal 2bete, 1 class pani bhar kar rakhe, besan fetane ke baad 1 pakoda glass ke pani me dale, agar pakoda pani ke upar aajaye to samjhe besan fet Chuka hai nahi to dubara fete!

    Ab besan me onion mix pakode tal le

    Ab kadhae m oil garam karein aur chote - 2 pakode bana kar tale, aise hi sare pakode bana le

    Bache oil me methi, mustard and jera dal kar chatkae fir garlic clove and curry leaf dale fir hing dale, ab pakode se bache beasan me dahi mix kar phet le, aur kadhae me dalelagatar chalae 20 minutes cook karein aur pakode dal kar gas off kar de,,,, enjoy punjabi curry
