My son loves prawns and likes it less spicy, while I like it spicy. This recipe lets us both enjoy the meal per our tastes.

My son loves prawns and likes it less spicy, while I like it spicy. This recipe lets us both enjoy the meal per our tastes.
Steps

Marinate prawns with lemon, salt, corriander powder and red chilli powder for 20 minutes

Saute onion, green chillis and sliced capsicum in one tea spoon butter on a frying pan

In a separate pan, add butter, then garlic followed by prawns. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add black pepper and salt (add less as butter too will give it a salty taste)

Serve hot
