Firstly, gotta start the potatoes. Fill large pot with water and salt, turn heat on stove to high, add potatoes and boil till tender (15-20 mins) and preheat oven to 350degrees Fahrenheit. Also get an 8×8 oven safe dish out.

Start Browning ground beef on med/high, when it's almost cooked thru drain the grease, add onion, garlic, pepper, package of onion soup and your curry powder and celery salt, cook together until peppers and onions are cooked, adding the1/4cup of water.

Once your meat mixture has finished cooking, add vegetables, beef bouillon, and flour( as needed use water to create a somewhat roux/gravy this step helps while cooking in oven the pie keeps its shape)

Drain potatoes, add butter,milk and salt. Mash untill veryy smooth!

Grab your eight by eight oven safe dish, first add meat mixture smooth out as best you can then add mash potatoes on top again smooth as best you can throw it in your preheated oven for 30 minutes after that, pull pie out and top with shredded cheese leave in oven for an additional 15-20mins or untill satisfied with your cheese! Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving. That's all, please enjoy:)
