I took my time in making this delicacy,we have to skip sunday rice for this and i am glad everyone licked their plate.
Steps

Boil cocoyam with enough water for 35minutes.peel and pound before it gets cool.add a teaspoon of palmoil and pound till is soft and no lump on it.

Boil meat with salt and maggi till is chewable.add water enough for the soup pour in palmoil and cover it to boil for 10minutes.

Mould the cocoyam in small balls and add to the pot.allow to boil for 10minutes.

Soak the bitterleaf with warm water and salt for 10minutes rinse and keep aside.

Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper add to the pot,by now the cocoyam must have dissolved and the soup thicken.

Rinse the smoked fish with warm water and salt and add to the pot.boil for 12 minutes.

Add salt,maggi cubes after ogiri cover and boil for 6 minutes then pour in the bitterleaves stir very well and viola my sweet oluigbo is ready.
